Membership Options

XTC has a range of membership options to suit your training needs.  From a complete membership to a casual session by session basis.

Beginners Note: a great idea for beginners it to buy a casual 10 pass card and try out our range of sessions.  If you want to join up the cost of the 10 pass card is credited against your start up fee and in most cases means you will pay no start up fee.

Beginners Note 2:  why pay for gym access if you are not using it???  This is why the our TriClub membership is cheaper than most others going around.

For everyone, both of our Tri Club membership options below include full pool access at Hawthorn Aquatic & Leisure Centre - if the pool is open, you can get in, no extra entry fees!

Below is a summary of the membership options…

Tri Club Plus (Start up fee $99.00, fortnightly $50.60)
This is the all bells and whistle approach to training.  Everything is included.  All the triathlon specific sessions: morning and evening swim squads, road cycling, run squads, brick sessions, plus spinning classes, pool access, gym access, group fitness classes, sauna, stadium hire, squash court & locker hire...

Tri Club (Start up fee$51.50, fortnightly $37.40)
This is our most cost effective membership type. Many Triathletes don’t have time for gym workouts so why pay for it?  The Tri Club membership includes all the core triathlon sessions, such as swim squads morning and evening, cycling sessions, running sessions, brick sessions and pool access.  Compare this membership to most others and you’ll find it’s arguably the most cost effective program of its kind.

Casual Single ($14.00)
Single pass access to any XTC session swim, ride, run, cycling.  Too easy.  No strings attached.  Perfect for those who can only train occasionally or are afraid of commitment!  There is no limit on how long you can attend the sessions on a casual basis.

Casual 10 Pass ($140)
Access to any XTC sessions.  Ideal for those who want to test out the training sessions (and us!) before joining.  10 pass card holders can credit the cost against the joining fee, which in almost all cases means you will end up paying $0 joining fee.

Social Membership (optional $40 per annum, included in Tri Club, Tri Club Plus)

Social membership is $40 per year, and is included already as part of the Tri Club and Tri Club Plus memberships. Social membership suits those who train casually but would like to be included in the social events, diners, newsletter, training camps, fund raisers and have access to our sponsors discounts.
