Locations: - H = Hawthorn Aquatic & Leisure Centre, Linda Crescent, Hawthorn.

- F = Ferny Creek. View Map
- V = Various. The location will be emailed to members in the days before the session. If you are not already a member, please contact us to meet up.
- E = Elwood. Meet in the car park between the Surf Lifesaving Club and the Sailing Club.View Map
- (Saturday) - Kevin Bartlett Reserve, Richmond (Yarra Boulevard). View Map

- (Saturday) - Carousel Car Park, Albert Park Lake View Map
Details: - Brick (Thursday) sessions are Swim, Ride and Run from November to March. The remainder of the year operate as a Spin session using the Hawthorn Spin Room bikes and you may BYO bike with wind trainer if you wish.
- Brick (Saturday) sessions are Ride and Run. Any variation will be emailed prior to the day.
- Elwood open water swims are an uncoached, own risk session from November to March. They will not be held if there is rainfall in the 24 hours before start time due to low water quality.
